I am running x64 version of Win 7. I got everything installed after disabling the forced driver signing predominantly via a cmd prompt entry (windows desktop says "Test Mode" at the moment to show me I have disabled driver signing).
Windows recognizes the Sixaxis, and I am able to test out the motion. Problem is, the analog sticks don't work. The motionjoy program tells me there is also "No Controller Detected" even though Windows sees it.
I have also successfully loaded everything via the motionjoy driver manager.
What I see when I click "About" in the motionjoy program is DS3_Tool version 0.5.0003, but the Driver version is 0.0.0000. I have installed all updates through the motionjoy program. This puzzles me to no end. What the heck is going on, why is the driver version 0.0.0000, and why does the motionjoy say there is no controller when Windows recognizes it (minus the analog sticks)?
Please help. Any suggestions here would be appreciated.

Try the driver signing method at the end of the Wiki install instructions, as the drivers aren't loaded if the DS3 Tool reports a driver of 0.0.0000.
Also do the sticks work if you enable the Analog Gamepad 3 profile in the QuickStart menu? As the normal Windows drivers wont even recognize button presses, which you say is working for you.

I am having this same problem and I've tried all the steps, the analog sticks still won't work.
It worked fine when I first installed it a couple days ago, just the analog randomly stopped working yesterday. It stopped giving me the "no controller" problem when I signed the drivers.

I would think there is a fix for it, that would be something to ask Acxie.
