Iv'e tried this program on both x64 and x32.I'm stumped.The DS3 tool never picks up the usb controller.In fact it doesn't even attempt to try."This program cannot be display the webpage".It'll happen after a few failed attempts.Can you guys please make an alternative way to access this program maybe make one that doesn't require internet.If not that,at least confirm that it currently does work,and it's just something I'm doing wrong.More than half the problems people seem to have relates to the DS3 tool be inactive.If anyone knows how to fix it please let us no.

Alright I just found out that my DS3's current up date version is 0.0.000.An obvious error.Quick Question how do I fix it if the D3 tool alone is brain dead?

I deleted IE's cache.Still nothing.My DS3 update version is still 0.0.000.=(

Did you enable your IE runing javascript?
