What does it do? Does it make the buttons more sensitive if the number is higher?

the threshold is mainly to adjust the sticks, the sticks send a value between 0 and 255 to the driver, in normal conditions the middle is 127~128, but sometimes the stick isn't totally centered, and it stays in a range between 110-140, so the threshold makes that the driver report the stick being in the middle even if it isn't exactly in the middle

the threshold for buttons is the same thing, if you want a button to work only after certain pressure, you can adjust the threshold to do so.

Actually regarding the stick threshold/deadzone... does it even do anything? I can set the sliders to anything I want and click any of the buttons, but nothing I do seems to have any effect at all and the values go right back to 12 when I reload the page.
